Trivia
This machine was “Assembled in Portugal”.
Was sold as “untested”, but turned out to be completely dead. A membrane connector was broken off, and the previous owner tried to forcefully remove the keyboard faceplate.
Restauration Works
Restauration was carried out in March 2022.
All voltages were missing. Replaced 7805 by a Traco Power TSR1-2450. System worked again after that.
Recapping, Composite Mod.
Case cleaned, making sure that the “Assembled in Portugal” label was kept intact.
Membrane connector was broken off and missing, so the membrane was replaced.
Faceplate was heavily bent, and was replaced with a new “metallic red” one.
